He’s advised CEOs, mayors, city managers, hospital administrators, supervising attorneys general, and many others.

As president of Dharma Consulting, he has worked with over 100 organizations in healthcare, technology, education, manufacturing, and government. A teacher of meditation for thirty years, Eric, with his wife, Deborah, leads The Wisdom Heart Community, an interfaith ministry based in Encinitas, California, where they reside with their two sons, Nathaniel and Aaron.
