An entirely new system of thought is needed, a system based on attention to people, and not primarily attention to goods.

The

To Do or Not To Do

Training System©

Far more than just another management workshop, the To Do or Not To Do Training System© is a methodology to create fundamental and sustainable change in your organization. There are two vital steps: teaching the principles to your managers, and coaching them on how to bring the material to the rest of your organization.

People at all levels of your organization will soon learn practical skills and models to improve the quality of decision-making, communication, and accountability in your organization. Most important, these benefits can be put into play immediately.

A Consistent Message

The To Do or Not To Do Training System© comes with a high-quality DVD created by (and featuring) the authors Eric Klein and Gary Winters, ensuring there will be a consistent message in all locations and departments. The program is user-friendly, easy to implement, and nothing gets lost “in the translation.”

You can choose to have us facilitate the management workshops or use in-house facilitators. Using group discussions and other exercises and activities, facilitators can quickly and naturally connect the material to the critical issues facing your Credit Union.

Managers will leave the workshop saying those magic words every training sponsor wants to hear: This was practical. I can use this stuff right away.

In addition, your managers will learn how to personalize the material and integrate it with the actual challenges facing your organization when they bring the concepts to their employees.

The “Nuts ‘n’ Bolts” of the System

We recommend groups of 8-18 people in the management sessions, but you could have more if you have the room and several facilitators. The System is designed to be flexible. Ask us – we’ll help you tailor it to fit your organization.

We can train internal trainers how to deliver the To Do or Not To Do workshops. Depending on their experience, this training (either on-site or at a nearby facility) will take one to two days.

But you may not need facilitation training. Organizations with savvy facilitators can use our practical, self-explanatory Facilitator’s Guide to lead To Do or Not To Do sessions without going through formal certification training. Just license the program, study the F-Guide, prepare your session plans, and implement! For those organizations choose this approach we include one hour of “tele-coaching” absolutely free.
